About the College
Nursing taught with care
HLM College was established by the renowned businessman Mr. Sunil Miglani, CMD Migsun, in the name of his beloved father Late Shri Harbans Lal Miglani Ji (HLM) in the year 2005. The HLM Nursing College is Affiliated to UP State Medical Faculty Lucknow and approved by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi.
The college aims at an educational programme that enhances the students knowledge, skills, abilities and favourable attitudes to qualify as nursing professionals in today's highly competitive and health conscious society.

Nursing Programmes
Choose your path in nursing
Both programmes are affiliated to UP State Medical Faculty, Lucknow and approved by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, and both admit once a year for the 2026-27 session. GNM is the longer route, with a mandatory internship and midwifery practice; ANM is the shorter entry into community, maternal and child health. GNM 3 years Diploma Course
General Nursing & Midwifery
3-year General Nursing & Midwifery diploma with a 6-month mandatory internship — maternity care, post-trauma, rehabilitation and mental care practice.
- Duration 3 years + 6 months mandatory internship
- Eligibility10+2 (preferably Science PCB) with 40% marks · age 17–35
ANM 2 years Diploma Course
Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery
2-year Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery diploma preparing basic health workers for hospitals, dispensaries and community health, with special focus on women, children and the elderly.
