HLM College was established by the renowned businessman Mr. Sunil Miglani, CMD Migsun, in the name of his beloved father Late Shri Harbans Lal Miglani Ji (HLM) in the year 2005. The HLM Nursing College is Affiliated to UP State Medical Faculty Lucknow and approved by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi
