During the visit, we were given a guided tour of the facility, and we observed the following key aspects:
a. Raw Milk Collection
The visit began with a detailed explanation of the raw milk collection process. Parag Dairy sources milk from local dairy farmers, ensuring that it is fresh and of high quality.
b.Processing and Production
We observed the entire milk processing cycle:

• Pasteurization
• Separation and homogenisation 
• Packaging
