Faculty Capacity Building Program Organized at IIT Roorkee for HLM College Faculty Members
A Faculty Capacity Building Program was successfully organized at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee for the faculty members of HLM College, Ghaziabad. The program aimed to enhance pedagogical skills, research capabilities, and academic leadership among participants
The initiative was part of IIT Roorkee's Ahead Lab, Department of Humanities. Over 15 faculty members from HLM College participated in the intensive training sessions conducted by distinguished professors and experts from IIT Roorkee.
Key sessions included modern teaching methodologies, outcome-based education, research writing and publication strategies, digital tools for education, and innovation in curriculum design. 
The program concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony and a commitment to continued collaboration in the future.
